Daniel Gregory was born and raised in Dallas/Fort Worth, and now lives in the area with his wife Kim, daughter Audrey, and son David. Mr. Gregory started his college career at TCU and then obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with honors. From 2005-2008 he worked as a prosecutor in the District Attorney’s Office in Albuquerque, NM, prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. He also worked for a civil litigation law firm in Albuquerque before God provided a path to return home to Texas. In 2008, he joined up with his mentor Warren Gould to form the Law Offices of Gould & Gregory PC. After Mr. Gould’s retirement in 2014, the firm has now transitioned to the Law Office of J Daniel Gregory PC.
Mr. Gregory has a passion for disabled people, and believes he is fulfilling a Biblical mandate to care for the sick, the poor, and the disabled. He is both serving God and his clients, as well as supporting his family, through his dedication to disabled folks right here in North Texas. He was dedicated as a baby, saved by Jesus, and baptized as a Christian in the First Baptist Church of Grapevine. Mr. Gregory and his family currently attend Milestone Church in Keller.
“I work with many clients who have already been denied their benefits,” Daniel said. “They spend months going through this process, they endure incredible hardship, very poor health, and loss of hope. But then I meet them and help them build a game plan to win. We develop and gather evidence, we appeal, and we fight. Then finally we get to present all the evidence and get to tell my client’s story, then the most rewarding thing of all is getting to tell them the good news that they’ve won. It’s a proud moment to know that you’ve shined some sunshine into someone’s life that desperately needed it!”
